Note: This temperature chart is an example temperature, which can be set by yourself

You can set different temperature ranges by yourself, up to 32. Once set, this process is automatically completed.

Phase 1: Rise to 300 °C and maintain a constant temperature for 1 hour

Phase 2: Raise to 800 °C and maintain a constant temperature for half an hour

Phase 3: Reduce to 600 °C for 2 hours at a constant temperature

Phase 4: Raise to 700 °C and maintain a constant temperature for 1 hour

Time and temperature can be freely set within the range. (The temperature of each phase shall not be less than 300 °C, and the duration of each phase shall not exceed 9999 minutes)

(Note: This 32 phase temperature control is optional, and the standard configuration is 1 phase temperature control)
 

YTH Series Muffle Furnace

Features

The shell is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, with a surface treated with plastic spraying technology. The furnace door is fixed at the furnace mouth through a hinge frame, making it easy to open and close. A closed furnace is heated by electric heating alloy wires and wound around the four walls of the furnace, ensuring uniform furnace temperature and extending service life. The furnace is made of silicon carbide material, which is sturdy and durable. Insulating bricks and aluminum silicate fiber cotton reduce their heat storage and thermal conductivity. The control part adopts PID intelligent instruments and solid-state relay control.
