The orthodontic brackets consisted of 24 pcs. The materials were made of 06Cr19Ni10, 05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb, 06Cr17Ni12Mo2 according to GB/T1220 or 06Cr19Ni10 0# steel specified in YY/T0294.1. The groove of orthodontic brackets should be smooth and flat, the harmful elements such as BE Cd and Pb are less than 0.02%, and the surface roughness of two circles no more than 0.8um; the brackets are free of genotoxicity, cytotoxicity, sensitization, oral mucosa irritation and subacute systemic toxicity; Under normal use conditions, the brackets will not appear discoloration and corrosion. The opening force of self-locking brackets should not be less than 1N and not more than 5N.
