Description:
The AX-D1 Electrolytic Polisher is used in restorative dentistry, it can be used to polish objects that are polished by sandblasters such as cobalt-chrome alloys or objects made of stainless steel: denture frames, crowns and bridges and clasps. This machine can also be used to polish workpieces that are made of special materials. It has a delicate design and beautiful shape, its small size makes it a compact device. The two cylindrical electrolytic baths can work at the same time to improve its efficiency, and it can polish objects from all directions. The electrolytic baths are its cathode, and the anode is the clip which is used to hang castings. The timer controls the duration of electrolytic polishing, and the current can be controlled during the polishing process.

Cautions:
1. Make sure that the power supply voltage fits the voltage of this machine.
2. Check the electrolytic bath regularly, replace when there is a leak.
3. Make sure there is good contact among the polished casting, stainless steel wire and the clip.
4. Check if there is short circuit among the polished item, stainless steel wire and the cathode, make sure there is no short circuit before using.
5. The surface of the polished casting must be treated properly (deoxidizing, degreasing etc.), otherwise the desirable effect may no be achieved.
6. Make sure the temperature of the electrolyte does not go above the temperature rating (80°C).
7. Please change the electrolyte regularly. If the electric current decreases or stays the same after the voltage has been raised, or if the electrolytic process takes longer time and the effect is not good enough, it indicates that the electrolyte is dirty and needs to be changed immediately.
8. Stop the machine for 30 minutes after using it for more than 90 minutes.
9. Please make repairs after the power if off.
10. There must be a good contact between the cathode pole and the cathode hole.
11. There should be a reliable ground connection to the case of the machine.
